Fixed an issue where the Rhino Whirlwind technology would not work.

Fixed an issue where sometimes the game would not advance to the next round after all units on one side died.

Corrected the shooting angle range of the 4 main guns of the War Factory to avoid the situation that sometimes only 1 main gun is attacking.
